Note that installation will require re-soldering the connecting wires on the 8-pin side of the board. A PDF document with instructions for installing in the LX200 is available here: Installation
The new board will also need to be calibrated to the motor drive's characteristics by adjusting the two trim potentiometers. That adjustment should be done with an oscilloscope or DVM to verify duty-cycle of 50% on the output waveforms. There are several references on the web (included in the product documentation) that explain how to perform the calibration procedure. For a simpler alternative, consider our Calibration Tool, which measures the duty-cycle without needing additional instruments.
